Solution Consultant

OnePlan

• Leading discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into OnePlan configurations • Implementing and integrating PPM or Work Management platforms such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, or Smartsheet • Configuring portfolios, project plans, resource plans, and financial tracking to support strategic prioritization and delivery • Using Microsoft technologies such as Project, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 to extend solutions and connect with client ecosystems • Partnering with clients throughout the delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering through adoption • Delivering workshops, demos, and presentations that show clients the possibilities of their solutions • Managing solution rollouts in a remote setting while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, Clarity PPM, Planview, or Smartsheet, in a SaaS or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem including Project, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 with experience integrating them into broader solutions
  • Understanding of PPM and SPM concepts such as capacity planning, time tracking, benefits realization, and resource management
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to map business processes to system configurations and deliver outcome-based solutions
  • Professionalism and resilience when navigating complex client environments or challenging situations
  • Strong communication skills with experience leading client engagements in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills
  • Bonus points if you have**
  • Experience supporting PMOs or enterprise transformation programs
  • Exposure to financial tracking or portfolio prioritization frameworks
  • A background in consulting or professional services roles
