Data Analytics Specialist

• GTM - installing on websites and managing GTM for our clients • Google Analytics setup and conversion tracking (a thorough understanding of the platform working with service and e-commerce clients) • Facebook pixel and conversion tracking setup (a thorough understanding of Facebook business manager) • Reporting setup using Google data studio (connecting the data points and helping setup new clients onto reporting) • Basic admin and management of client reports (utilising our HubSpot platform to ensure reports are emailed out monthly)
Job Requirements
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or professional services setting as a freelancer in digital marketing
- 2 years minimum experience in the digital space (however if you are advanced in the above and have less time we are still interested to chat)
- Strong ability to generate insightful reporting for our clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ability to manage several competing tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams to complete assigned tasks and projects
- Knowledge of basic CMS and experience with analytical tools, analysis, reporting, and researching
- Can work during New Zealand business hours and available solely to focus on Firefly work during your part-time hours.

SUMMARY The Senior Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, and data products that surface meaningful intelligence across the organization. Additionally, this role partners closely with application development, data engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable, well-governed analytics solutions aligned with regulatory and client requirements in the financial services industry. TECHNOLOGY STACK - Snowflake Data Cloud. - Microsoft SQL Server and advanced SQL. - Power BI (report development, data modeling, and deployment). - ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines. - Microsoft Azure. - Data governance, security, and access control tooling.
