In this role, you will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, lead therapy sessions, and help clients build practical coping skills that support progress in daily life. Responsibilities: - Provide virtual mental health counseling sessions to individuals through a telehealth platform - Complete psychosocial assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals - Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation for each client encounter - Support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions - Apply evidence-based counseling methods based on client needs - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate - Coordinate care and make referrals when additional support or services are needed

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessment, and determining medically necessary service needs of client. • Clients not meeting criteria for suspected mental illness will be linked with appropriate services in the community. • Maintain documentation per center quality assurance procedures and clinical performance standards • Assess client needs and strengths and establish a comprehensive plan that addresses support and treatment needs necessary for less restrictive care and stabilization to occur safely • Educate community agencies regarding services offered by Rosecrance • Serve as a member of the Access team and participate in all team meetings and activities.

• Candidates must be available for a committed 44 weeks on either Mondays or Thursdays (their choice) for a weekly zoom call from 4:00 - 5:30 pm AZ time. • Instructors take students from Practicum through Internship I and Internship II for a total of 44 weeks
