• Architect, design, and implement accessible user interfaces, scalable data architectures, distributed tasks, and API endpoints. • Co-create new and improved functionality across multiple areas of the Webflow technology stack using technologies such as React, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and MongoDB. • Improve reliability and scalability by contributing to distributed backend systems, including concurrent, synchronous, and asynchronous processes, and evolving eventually-consistent algorithms. • Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools to enhance your impact. • Own definition and delivery of well-scoped projects that contribute to the Assets team's deliverables. • Contribute to architectural decisions within the Assets team and help evaluate technical tradeoffs for team projects. • Bring technical expertise that strengthens the Assets team and contribute to our team's technical direction. • Produce and elevate the quality of maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code. • Author and collaborate on design documents for team-level initiatives. • Foster an inclusive environment that motivates and empowers teammates to do their best work. • Collaborate with product managers and designers in an autonomous, supportive team environment. • Support teammates through code review, pairing, and knowledge-sharing to raise the bar on engineering quality. • Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable APIs using Java Spring Boot and Python • Take ownership end-to-end on features spanning authentication, multi-tenant databases, microservices, third-party integrations, and backend automation • Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Java Spring Boot and Python • Implement authentication & security: OAuth2, JWT, API keys, RBAC • Work with multi-tenant databases: MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL • Build event-driven microservices using RabbitMQ, Amazon MQ, Kafka, or SQS • Develop Python services for data processing, ETL, and automation • Integrate with external APIs and third-party systems • Ensure code quality with unit, integration, and contract testing • Support IoT, GIS, or mapping features (optional but a plus)

• You’ll work on core services that power how families find care and how Care Professionals do their work—systems that directly support Honor’s mission every day. • Depending on your interests and experience, you may join one of the following teams: • Workforce Team — building the systems that support Care Professionals, including hiring, scheduling, and workforce optimization. • DemandGen Team — powering Honor’s public digital experiences and growth channels that help thousands of families find the care they need. • Growth Team — developing a multi-channel sales and communication stack (phone, sms, email) that connects families, Care Professionals, and care operations.
