• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and ‘work-like’ environment at home • Answer customer queries/questions in a timely manner. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned • Answer customer requests on our LiveChat software to help with conversions. • Convert 2 leads to customers on a weekly basis.
• Prospect and sell via phone and digital platforms; • Provide consultative, personalized service, identifying the needs of leads; • Present and sell our postgraduate courses to professionals in Physical Education, Nutrition, and Physiotherapy; • Conduct negotiations and prepare strategic commercial proposals; • Work with targets and performance indicators.
