What You Will Be Doing: - Monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. - Conducting site visits to assess site performance, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure successful trial execution. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting. - Providing training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards of clinical trial conduct. - Building and maintaining effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations. Your Profile: - Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine. - Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate inclusive of early Phase Oncology/ Haematology trial monitoring experience, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements in Australia. - Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive compliance within a complex environment. - Ability to travel to investigative sites and should possess a valid driver’s license. #LI-KA1 #LI-Remote What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people. • Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications and services. • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and other developers to implement HubSpot solutions that meet business objectives. • Develop, test, and maintain web applications and websites using HubSpot CMS. • Create custom HubSpot modules, templates, and themes. • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot functionality. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HubSpot and web development.

• Responsible to maintain and enhance the ChangePoint system. • Assures that architecture and development follow best practices. • Must ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, flexible and low maintenance. • The candidate must demonstrate expertise in ChangePoint concepts, best practices, and procedures. • Has technical hands-on experience implementing end-to-end solutions, has strong communication skills and the ability to work on complex projects as a key contributor/specialist. • Provide overall management and ownership of the ChangePoint system and remain current with technology and leading practices. • Maintain ChangePoint system issues and updates. • Experience with working on changes to data within ChangePoint back-end. • Produce written deliverables for technical design, system testing and implementation activities. • Investigate system defects, resolve defects and document results. • Off hours and weekend support may be required to meet project milestones. • Must be a team player , work with other team members and end-users. • Has worked on and is very familiar with SDLC methodology (Agile and Waterfall).

• Create and maintain a features list based on business needs • Participate in daily standup meetings to discuss coding progress • Understand frontend technology and implement updates that will make site more useful • Ensure all components are tested thoroughly, maintain the staging site • Have a willing attitude ready to take on new challenges • Suggest changes to make the product better • Willing to work responsibly and timely • Establish and follow a product roadmap
