• Shape and evolve our experimentation platform (feature flags, instrumentation, data quality, reporting loops). • Lead the design and implementation of experiments that drive activation, engagement, and expansion. • Partner closely with product, design, and data to refine hypotheses, define measurable outcomes, and interpret results. • Balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural health and security. • Raise the bar for code quality, observability, and performance across the team. • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and pairing. • Identify technical opportunities to unlock new growth mechanisms. • See your work directly influence measurable customer and business outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience building backend services in a modern language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
  • Deep experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing web applications.
  • Strong understanding of instrumentation, analytics, and defining meaningful success metrics.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, drive initiatives forward, and influence technical direction.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
