Job Description

Senior Director, Transformation & Innovation

Iron Mountain

• Lead the research and implementation of sustainable, repeatable business process improvements—specifically utilizing Artificial Intelligence and automation—to enhance organizational safety and reduce operational costs. • Partner with cross-functional directors and stakeholders to determine the executability of long-term strategies, ensuring high-level resourcing and funding align with functional business goals. • Ensure all reengineered business processes and newly implemented information technologies comply with organizational standards, global regulatory policies, and Iron Mountain safety protocols.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business process reengineering, change management, or operational leadership within a global corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of benchmarking best practices and the application of Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies to support complex business systems.
  • Proven ability in financial and operating performance management, with a track record of translating visionary concepts into scalable, funded strategies.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
