• The Director of Scaled Advising leads Bottom Line's national scaled, virtual advising programs, including Bluprint and Get Schooled advising. • Bluprint is Bottom Line's scalable, light-touch advising program that supports students through college using digital tools, targeted outreach, and on-demand human support. • Get Schooled advising provides free, digital-first college and career guidance through personalized texting, content, and on-demand human and AI-supported advising. • This role sets strategy, quality standards, and the operating model for advising at scale, ensuring students receive high-quality, relationship-driven support through tech-enabled channels. • The Director leads a high-performing Scaled Advising team and serves as a key program voice on digital advising tools, informing the CPO and the MD, Program Strategy & Fidelity on opportunities and requirements, coordinating user testing of new tools, and partnering with the Transformation team to ensure tools support strong advising practice and student experience. • As a key voice in Bottom Line's commitment to scaling with quality, the Director shapes how scaled, virtual advising evolves to serve more first-generation, low-income students each year. • This role reports to the Managing Director, Program Operations. • Set the strategy, quality standards, and operating model for Bottom Line's national scaled advising across Bluprint and Get Schooled. • Define expectations for advisor practice, communication cadence, student experience, and case management across all virtual channels. • Set student outcome targets and operating KPIs that guide team performance. • Lead the ongoing evolution of the scaled advising model, ensuring it scales without losing relational quality. • Drive efficiencies in workflows and case management across virtual services, reducing advisor burden and improving response time and student experience. • Monitor scaled communications performance, identify content and workflow gaps, and recommend improvements. • Lead the Scaled Advising sub-team, including direct reports. • Partner closely with the Director, Success & Career Program Operations to coordinate handoffs and shared accountability for student outcomes. • Use engagement data, outcome metrics, and advisor/student feedback to refine the scaled advising model. • Represent Bottom Line externally on scaled advising, at conferences, with funders, and peer organizations across the college access and success ecosystem.
