Customer Service (SAC) Analyst – Junior
Incentivar
• Handling outbound and inbound telephone contacts; • Managing tickets in the platform chat; • Handling incidents received via WhatsApp; • Interaction with partner suppliers; • Interaction with Incentivar’s internal teams to resolve incidents; • Tracking and controlling all activities for reporting to requesting areas; • Making necessary adjustments in the cockpit related to participant registration;
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service;
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Movidesk, Zendesk, or similar platforms;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Proactive and collaborative (team player).
