• Support AWS customer teams in business transformation initiatives and cloud adoption strategies under close guidance of senior AWS Advisory team members; • Assist in applying the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to help customers understand their cloud transformation journey; • Contribute to gathering and organizing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement; • Support the creation of basic business cases and transformation roadmaps; • Help document customer engagement deliverables, outcomes, and metrics; • Participate in strategic planning sessions and assist in documenting key findings;
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business, technology, or related field;
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS);
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies;
- Proficiency in documentation and presentation creation;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and common collaboration tools;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Basic knowledge of process improvement techniques;
- Understanding of change management principles;
- Good communication skills (oral & written);
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent knowledge;
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies;

The Role The Regional Activation Manager role is expected to provide day-to-day tactical marketing support and serve as the “feet on the street” to drive revenue and growth in the Upstate New York market.
