Job Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of work experience in developing and managing global compensation programs and processes for both public and private companies, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment
  • A strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
  • Applies user-centered design principles to deliver improved processes and experiences
  • Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and have truly in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
  • The ability to communicate across diverse groups with clear, approachable, and collaborative style
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders

The Advanced Practitioner at Monogram Health is a key member of an integrated Care Team which includes a Registered Nurse and a Social Worker. The patients we serve often struggle with multiple serious diseases. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants help patients improve their quality of life in the home and slow the progression of kidney disease, enabling positive health outcomes. Your Impact Using your skills in this position will allow you to deliver personalized compassionate medical care to individuals mainly with CKD and/or ESRD/ESKD. You will also be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling, and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. Compensation: - Pay: $42-47 per hour based on years credentialed by the CDR as a Registered Dietitian. - All-inclusive pay structure: hourly compensation for all work performed - including charting and administrative time (ie: not a flat fee per session). - Longevity recognition: Receive a $500 bonus after 6 months, followed by quarterly bonuses beginning at your 1-year anniversary. - Performance-based incentives: Earn additional pay for achieving and exceeding goals.
