• Desenvolver e manter microsserviços e APIs REST em Java com Spring Boot. • Participar de discussões técnicas, propondo soluções com foco em escalabilidade, resiliência e segurança. • Atuar com mensageria/eventos (ex.: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS) quando aplicável. • Implementar e sustentar testes automatizados (unitários e integração) e apoiar a qualidade na esteira (ex.: SonarQube). • Realizar code reviews e apoiar a evolução técnica do time (boas práticas, padrões, refatorações). • Integrar sistemas e serviços externos (APIs internas/terceiros), garantindo observabilidade e tratamento de falhas. • Apoiar análise de incidentes e troubleshooting em produção (logs, métricas, tracing).

• Own and expand backend implementation and architecture of our visualization tooling suite (e.g., data mining quality assurance, operations and log ingestion, annotation pipelines, telemetry viewers). • Collaborate closely with ML, frontend, UX, data services, data mining, and data annotation teams to align tooling with real-world workflows • Support scalable, performance APIs and services for visual development, debugging, and annotation systems. • Help mature internal standards, observability, and deployment processes for our backend stack • Maintain and mature the team’s CI/CD infrastructure and process.

• Lead and provide mentorship to a team of engineers both technically and professionally • Manage and drive team timelines, project commitments, and roadmap deliverables • Ability to take a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for mentoring engineers • Work closely with users, leadership, and stakeholders to align and coordinate product design, project execution, and operational usage in setting and achieving objectives and key results. • Build scalable backend services for data discovery and data lineage systems. • Write high quality, maintainable code to process petabytes of data • Design, build, and maintain scalable data processing and access with cloud ETL technology.
