Account Executive – CFO Solutions
Drivetrain
• Gain a broad understanding of Drivetrain to effectively position the value proposition of our comprehensive product to targeted prospects • Manage and own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification and contract negotiations • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities by leveraging our marketing team, as well as through outbound territory development • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing multiple simultaneous sales cycles • Work successfully in a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success • Navigate complex business environments to align the prospect around Drivetrain’s solutions • Apply value-based selling methodology and use tools such as Salesforce to run sales processes and accurately forecast business • Employ world-class account management skills to identify account expansion opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within targeted “major” accounts • Conduct highly effective presentations to C-level executives and key C-suite level decision-makers with a strong focus on the Office of the CEO, CFO & CRO • Perform strategic sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
Job Requirements
- 4-12 years of successful selling to medium to large-sized customers
- Experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Expertise in selling to hyper-growth SaaS orgs with an enterprise & product lead growth approach.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand and navigate through a complex environment.
- Bonus Points
- EPM, BI or ERP software sales experience.
- Track record of exceeding quotas & opening in new markets.
- Passion to thrive in a 0-1 environment.
- Success selling to CFOs and CROs

• Consistently manage and grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts through phone calls, online communication, and occasional field visits. • Regularly engage with clients via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits to assess needs, manage inventory, enhance sales through upselling/cross-selling, promote trials/samples, and maintain promotion awareness. • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings to provide tailored recommendations. • Assist the collections team in securing timely payments from accounts, including necessary follow-ups. • Cultivate strong relationships with grocery and restaurant clients, advising on product selections and order processes. • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, logging and tracking significant concerns for resolution. • Coordinate with the local warehouse supervisor to complete order fulfillment and support local customer pick-ups. • Create invoices, receive, process, and post incoming payments. Resolve client billing questions and concerns. Reconcile invoices and payments for assigned accounts. Maintain follow-ups based on aging receivables for each assigned account. • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to increase market share and wallet size. • Stay informed about market trends and competitors, providing regular insights and reports to management. • Collaborate with the business strategy team to implement sales insights in daily account management. • Participate in both virtual and occasional field marketing activities, product demos, and industry events to penetrate new markets. • Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and occasional in-person visits to generate new client leads. • Provide management with reports on customer needs, potential new products or services, and competitive activities. • Assist customers in adopting new technologies and e-commerce platforms. • Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
