• Consistently manage and grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts through phone calls, online communication, and occasional field visits. • Regularly engage with clients via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits to assess needs, manage inventory, enhance sales through upselling/cross-selling, promote trials/samples, and maintain promotion awareness. • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings to provide tailored recommendations. • Assist the collections team in securing timely payments from accounts, including necessary follow-ups. • Cultivate strong relationships with grocery and restaurant clients, advising on product selections and order processes. • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, logging and tracking significant concerns for resolution. • Coordinate with the local warehouse supervisor to complete order fulfillment and support local customer pick-ups. • Create invoices, receive, process, and post incoming payments.
