• Design responsive website layouts with a focus on user experience (UX) and intuitive interfaces (UI) using Figma; • Create social media assets: static images, animations, videos, and promotional/advertising campaigns; • Develop and adapt visual identities, logos, packaging, and materials such as promotional leaflets; • Participate in brainstorms and collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative ideas; • Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize and enhance creative processes; • Manage incoming requests responsibly, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• The Cabinet Designer/ Estimator is responsible for production of layouts, pdf drawings, material lists and other documents and files needed to support the company’s cabinet sales. • Generates proposals, material lists, installation documents and provides technical and supervisory support for the designer/ estimators. • Reviews, interprets and analyzes RFP/RFQ specifications and architectural drawings to determine scope of work and customer product requirements. • Operates 20/20 Design software to create documents and drawings per ILG Design Standards. • Assembles cost estimates, proposals, requests for information (RFIs), change orders and other documentation required for complete and accurate bids. • Assists with order management and coordination and supervises designer/ estimators in multiple markets. • Works with all areas of the cabinet sales, order management, customer care and installation operations to ensure customer satisfaction. • Develops and Maintains Builder Account’s Master Books, Bid Tracker and other systems maintenance such as SAP, Monday, etc.

• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns: ads, social media, emails, PDFs, and creatives for paid traffic; • Develop responsive, conversion-focused landing pages using the Great Pages tool; • Collaborate with the traffic, content, and strategy teams to create campaigns that deliver measurable results; • Follow performance-driven design best practices (visual hierarchy, scannability, mobile-first); • Adapt and revise designs based on feedback and performance metrics; • Maintain clients' visual identity consistency and an aesthetic aligned with each brand's positioning.
