• Serve as the Salesforce functional reference on projects and enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Gather, analyze, and detail functional requirements with requesting stakeholders, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions. • Configure and parameterize Salesforce (Flows, Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Permission Sets, etc.). • Help define the project's technical solution (participate in discovery meetings and backlog refinement). • Apply market best practices and promote an agile culture. • Contribute to story refinement (clarify requirements through questions so stories are clear to all team members). • Ensure quality for owned stories by performing pre-tests before submitting them to the next stage. • Maintain functional best practices, requirements governance, and documentation. • Understand business processes and create a clear high-level view of the main actors (people or systems) involved in the solution.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration (objects, fields, layouts, permission sets, etc.).
- Creation and maintenance of Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, relationships, and business processes.
- Experience creating and analyzing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Experience with integrations via APIs (REST/SOAP) and data connectors.
- Ability to map complex processes and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical English for reading, writing, and participating in documentation and international meetings.
