Product Lead, Flexibility
gridX
• Shape pioneering flexibility products for HEMS and electromobility throughout Europe • Collaborate closely with market experts to identify the potential of flexibility marketing in different European countries • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for marketing household-related flexibilities such as batteries and electric vehicles in different European countries • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate the role of gridX for flexibility marketing holistically • Lead and empower a team of Product Managers working on flexibility products • Own the vision, lifecycle, roadmap and commercial success of the flex-related product offering • Define, track and analyse metrics and relevant KPIs that inform product development success and enable profitable growth • Work closely with the Flex Engineering team to ensure product success • Enable Sales and Marketing teams with all relevant content to ensure a smooth launch of new products • Operate in a Product Trio setup with Engineering counterparts
Job Requirements
- Several years of extensive experience as a Product Manager or Product Strategy Expert in the fields of energy or flexibility marketing in an agile environment
- Technical experience or related educational background
- Functional leadership experience in the product management space
- Passion about driving the energy transition forward and enthusiasm for innovative solutions and topics
- Highly goal-oriented and deeply understand customers' problems and wishes
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Work independently, analytically, and pragmatically, without losing sight of the big picture
- Very strong German and English skills
