This internship provides in-depth exposure to dental provider recruitment, contracting, credentialing, and retention processes, as well as insights into data management and compliance with regulatory requirements essential for maintaining a high-quality dental network. The intern will collaborate closely with the Dental Accounts team on various network management activities. Responsibilities will include assisting with key account tasks such as provider recruitment and communication, documentation management, data validation, and support for meeting preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about the processes involved in recruiting, credentialing, and retaining dental providers within a regulated healthcare network.
