Job Description

Project Manager

Bart & Associates, Inc.

• Oversee end-to-end management of assigned task order(s), including scope, schedule, and performance. • Coordinate directly with Contracting Officers (KO), Task Order Managers, and government stakeholders. • Ensure technical solutions are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and timelines. • Support the Program Manager in strategic planning and execution of task order objectives. • Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. • Align project activities with customer agency goals and operational needs. • Lead communication across cross-functional teams to maintain transparency and accountability. • Ensure compliance with federal contracting standards and reporting requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field OR additional four (4) years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in IT, consulting, or related fields.
  • At least five (5) years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects or task orders in government or commercial environments.
  • Background working with federal clients or within regulated environments preferred.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across government and contractor teams.
  • Solid understanding of contract execution and task order management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience delivering technical or IT-related solutions.
  • Risk management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition and compliance processes.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
