Job Description

Senior Project Manager, Implementation

Navitus Health Solutions

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives • Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel • Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for the purposes of requirements gathering and discovery • Facilitate any internal Steering Committee meetings as required for more complex projects • Assist the Client with facilitating any impact analysis to best determine the appropriate requirements to ensure a smooth and successful implementation • Ensure all requirements are documented in the standard project templates and tools and then obtain approval from the Client before initiating builds • Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for project monitoring purposes • Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the project and report back to internal management and subject matter team members and the Client using weekly status reporting formats • Assist with escalated client issues, member issues, project issues, etc. as identified or requested by the client through direct support or through the support of the Navitus subject matter experts assigned to the project • Provide go-live support either through remote access, internal on-site access or client site access. This requires working on January 1st of each year and other non-business days as needed • Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client • Support other client related projects that require project management services • Support internal department projects • Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required
  • Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy
  • 5 years project management experience, working with external clients required
  • Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and/or ACA products preferred
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states. POSITION The Construction Project Coordinator will report to the Assistant Project Manager. LOCATION AND WORK HOURS The ideal candidate will provide virtual support to the Arizona office from any location throughout the Philippines. It is expected that the successful candidate will provide support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time to align with the construction teams’ working hours. QUALIFICATIONS - A minimum of 5 years of experience working for a leading construction company. - Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus. - Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and other outside parties. - Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Must possess strong work ethic. - Must be a team player. - Yardi experience preferred. Job Responsibilities Project Delivery & Leadership - Own the full lifecycle of high-value or technically complex projects — from scoping and kickoff through deployment and closeout. - Lead project teams across departments, managing communication, execution, and stakeholder alignment. - Serve as the escalation point for client-facing challenges and scope management during delivery.
