The Role We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Ad Tech & Operations to help design, operate, and scale the Ad Tech foundation of our CTV business. This role is Ad Tech-led, with operations as a critical execution layer. You’ll own core Ad Tech systems and architecture while partnering closely with Yield, Business Operations, and Programmatic & Revenue Partnerships to ensure our CTV inventory is monetized efficiently as supply grows, data capabilities evolve, and partnerships expand. This is a hands-on role built for someone who wants ownership of real systems and real outcomes, not just vendor management or process oversight. What You’ll Do - Own the end-to-end CTV Ad Tech stack, including architecture, configuration, and performance across programmatic and direct demand. - Operate and optimize programmatic demand primarily through SpringServe, with direct demand running through FreeWheel. - Lead the technical design and evolution of how demand is prioritized, forecasted, and optimized across the ad stack. Establish and maintain Ad Tech standards, documentation, and lightweight operational processes that enable scale and reliability. - Partner closely with Yield to enable experimentation, investigate performance anomalies, and support revenue optimization. - Work with Business Operations to ensure Ad Tech behavior is accurately reflected in forecasting, reporting, and revenue analysis. - Partner with Programmatic and Revenue Partnerships to translate deal ideas into scalable, technically sound monetization strategies. - Manage relationships with Ad Tech vendors and support the evaluation and rollout of new tools and capabilities. - Ensure Ad Tech systems and practices align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices. Who You Are - 5-10+ years of experience across Ad Tech and ad operations, with strong hands-on CTV exposure. - Have actively owned and optimized CTV ad server environments, including demand prioritization, forecasting, and revenue optimization. - Deep understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem (programmatic, data, identity, measurement). - Comfortable moving between system-level design and hands-on configuration or debugging. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and curious when performance doesn’t behave as expected. - Motivated by ownership, impact, and building durable systems. Why Join You’ll have meaningful ownership in a growing CTV business and play a central role in shaping how Ad Tech supports monetization at scale. This role offers close partnership with Yield, Sales, and Operations, and the opportunity to build something durable as the business continues to grow.
