• Own and run the weekly operating rhythm for delivery performance, including clear visibility into volume, capacity, deadlines, quality, and risks • Drive accountability through action tracking, follow-ups, and continuous process improvement • Identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and reduce friction across the investigation lifecycle • Build and maintain staffing and capacity models tied to volume, throughput, and deadlines • Partner with finance to understand unit economics and protect margin as volume increases • Improve workflows using tools we already use (Google Workspace, dashboards, case systems) • Use automation or AI where it makes sense to reduce manual work
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government agencies, municipalities, law enforcement, and enterprise clients • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline aligned with company revenue targets • Build relationships with procurement officers, HR leaders, compliance teams, and executive stakeholders • Lead discovery calls and present KENTECH’s investigative and SaaS solutions with clarity and credibility • Partner with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to align solutions with client requirements • Support RFP strategy, including positioning, pre-proposal conversations, and strategic follow-up • Track activity, pipeline progression, and forecast revenue using CRM tools • Represent KENTECH at industry conferences, public sector networking events, and GovTech forums • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging contract opportunities

• Conduct impartial, fact-based pre-employment investigations in accordance with internal standards and client requirements • Review municipal and government applications and supporting documents, identifying key issues, red flags, and gaps • Detect discrepancies across records and documentation, then build a clear plan to resolve them through research and outreach • Perform criminal and civil record checks using public records tools and research methods • Manage multiple cases at once, maintaining consistent workflow and meeting deadlines without repeated follow up • Complete advanced internet research using multiple sources, validating identity and data accuracy • Make outbound calls to references, agencies, employers, schools, and other contacts to obtain time-sensitive information • Draft and finalize investigative summaries and reports with strong grammar, structure, and clarity • Maintain proactive communication with leads and internal partners, escalating issues early when needed • Contribute to process improvements by sharing patterns, recurring issues, and practical recommendations
• Edit engaging and dynamic videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms while following brand guidelines. • Transform raw footage, including interviews, product demos, explainers, and reels, into polished and cohesive stories. • Enhance visual appeal by incorporating thumbnails, b-roll, motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, background music, and sound effects. • Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content strategy. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure video content aligns with company objectives. • Stay current on platform-specific best practices and digital trends to strengthen content visibility.
• Design high-quality visuals including marketing materials, landing pages, website graphics, infographics, and promotional assets • Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables • Support social media and marketing campaigns through engaging and conversion-focused design • Create UX/UI-aligned digital assets that enhance the user experience • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop assets that align with business objectives • Stay up to date on design trends and tools to keep content modern and competitive
