• Manage IT carve-out and integration programs to enable business growth and maximize value creation during M&A activities • Drive IT program and project management, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met across complex, multi-country initiatives • Oversee post-merger IT integration of applications, infrastructure, and processes to unlock synergies and support business transformation • Manage system implementation and migration projects, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms, ensuring successful adoption and improved efficiency • Assess and design application and infrastructure landscapes, recommending improvements, consolidations, and optimizations to support scalable growth • Coordinate with teams to manage risks, dependencies, and change management during transition and transformation programs • Provide executive-level reporting on IT program progress, risks, and integration outcomes to drive informed decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT operations strengthen business continuity and performance during organizational changes • Utilize business-fluent English and Japanese in daily communication with stakeholders; Chinese proficiency is a plus for regional collaboration • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure IT strategy accelerates M&A success and long-term value realization
Job Requirements
- Outstanding University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD)
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the advisory field and/or relative project experience
- Expert knowledge in MS Power Point and Excel is a must
- Expert knowledge of consulting methods
- Experience in one or more areas of our portfolio (Data Analytics, AI or CyberSec preferred)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven sales and New Business Development track record in Asia, preferably existing business network in Singapore or Japan
- Certificates in project management (e.g. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) or IT management (e.g. ITIL, Cobit) preferred
- Familiarity with CIO/CTO/CDO Advisory and experience in Post Merger Integration and Sourcing are an additional plus
- Business Fluency in English and Japanese
- Willingness to travel

This position will work closely with about 40 municipalities to help ensure they understand and comply with their statutory requirements in relation to their Grand List and its maintenance, including providing support on valuation of properties, Current Use, reappraisals, and more. They will report directly to the Property Valuation Field Director and will work closely with the Division Director, Assistant Director, Senior Fiscal Analysts, municipal officials and more. Key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: - Providing training, education, and support to municipal officials to maintain the statewide grand list for the purpose of education funding. - Conducting detailed analyses of municipal assessment practices through the annual Equalization Study. - Participating in division and department initiatives, including gathering requirements and testing changes made by developers for software projects, working on legislative initiatives and reports, and more. About Property Valuation and Review The Division of Property Valuation and Review (PVR) provides support and training to municipalities and conducts annual ratio studies which estimates fair market value and equalizes the grand list for education liability purposes. Additionally, PVR administers the Use Value Appraisal Program, “Current Use” which provides a property tax benefit for landowners who practice long-term forestry or farming. Compensation: The hourly salary rate for this position ranges from $27.50 to $42.94 and State of Vermont benefits are very competitive. The annualized salary for this potion ranges from approximately $57,200 to $89,315.20. The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum salary potential in the assigned pay grade, and the annualized salary figure is calculated based on 2080 hours of annual compensation and does not include authorized overtime or other compensation. It also doesn’t include any time taken off payroll. The starting salary for this position may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
