• Partnering with Sales Executives to identify new opportunities within targeted accounts. • Building and managing comprehensive stakeholder maps by function and influence. • Producing, delivering, and iterating prospecting strategies with marketing campaigns, email, social media, cold calling, and qualification conversations. • Creating, scheduling, and managing attendance of qualified meetings for AEs. • Assisting and supporting Andela’s marketing campaigns. • Responsible for appropriate follow up, qualification and responsiveness to assigned inbound inquiries. • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly/and quarterly targets (new opportunities generated, meetings held, attributions to revenue closed won). • Actively participating and contributing to Sales Team related standups and meetings.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience - can include internships during school.
- Desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, while handling multiple stakeholders and sales activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Coordinate and execute prospecting strategies and activities with assigned AEs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE - POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning/Results Orientation - Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets (QoQ and YoY). - Drive sales and adoption of new Vascular technologies within the Area/District by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics. - Work closely with Vascular Field team to identify opportunities and execute sales strategies to drive therapy growth - Develops and executes accurate and on-going sales plan to achieve sales objectives - Identify, evaluate, and convert target accounts to increase market share and ensure the successful adoption of new products. - Develop and execute market development plans to expand product reach and enhance adoption. - Effectively manage expenses to drive business growth and adhere to company policies and procedures - Adheres to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements.
