• Establish and own the enterprise trade compliance program: policies, SOPs, RACI, training, recordkeeping, and internal control testing • Provide centralized governance and direction for U.S. and Mexico trade compliance activities, including alignment of broker instructions, documentation controls, and cross-border execution standards • Partner with Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to improve data quality and embed compliance into standard work • Govern HTS classification, COO determinations, and valuation controls; maintain the centralized evidence repository, defensible support, and change control process • Own Section 232 governance: ensure correct applicability and reporting; monitor scope changes and implement controls to prevent misapplication • Govern denied/restricted party screening and auditable trail; manage exceptions/escalations with Legal for higher-risk transactions • Lead broker governance: standardized instructions, SLAs, defect taxonomy, scorecards/QBRs, corrective action closure • Own post-entry governance: sampling audits, correction workflow, PSC/protest strategy and calendar management (as applicable) • Own duty recovery programs: tariff/IEEPA refund identification and filing governance; manage trackers, evidence, and receivables • Lead FTZ feasibility and implementation roadmap (storage + manufacturing): business case, operating model, controls, and pilot rollout • Build and report KPIs: duty exposure, recoveries, broker accuracy, holds/exams, defect categories, cycle time, FTZ savings, and audit readiness

• Review retail communication against applicable laws and regulations. • Interpret impact of laws on new and existing retail communication. • Communicate changes and important issues to affected business unit, field, and customers. • Effectively track retail communication using applicable methods and tools per industry/company record retention requirements. • Assist in researching, drafting, and /or reviewing insurance/securities products and/or advertising materials. • Correspond with applicable regulatory bodies for clarification of advertising regulations as needed. • Assist in researching and responding to comments and/or inquiries received from state insurance departments or FINRA. • Assists in researching and responding to customer and/or producer inquiries about compliance issues. • Manage subject matter expert review process to ensure materials are reviewed by all applicable individuals/units.

• Owns the end‑to‑end GMP/GDP inspection process , including inspection preparation, conduct, response development, commitment tracking, and closure. • Ensures standardized governance, roles, and controls are in place to support consistent execution of inspections across sites and regions. • Leads continuous improvement of inspection processes through lessons learned, inspection trends, and feedback from health authority interactions. • Provides global process leadership during GMP/GDP inspections, supporting sites and enterprise stakeholders through inspection activities and regulatory interactions. • Serves as business owner for the DQMS Operations Inspection module. • Partners with QMS, Digital, IT, ILM and Site stakeholders to ensure the module effectively supports global and site‑based inspection activities. • Acts as primary liaison with GCP, GLP, and GPvP Inspection Process Owners to establish consistency and alignment across inspection lifecycle elements where appropriate. • Establishes, maintains, and governs a global inspection metrics control plan, including: Inspection readiness indicators, Inspection outcomes and trends, Commitment timeliness and effectiveness. • Oversees inspection‑related standards, policies, procedures, and guidance documents within the QMS. • Leads gap assessments to new regulatory requirements and ensures alignment to regulatory commitments and inspection findings.
