• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, identify target markets, and assess competitive landscapes. • Develop and execute strategic action plans to target and win the right opportunities. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. • Ensure superb handoff of accounts to account managers through planning, sharing, and executing together. • Seek out and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to enhance market reach and product offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in international business development and/or sales, within the technology industry.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate oneself.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in electronic components and semiconductor business.
- Fluency in English, German and any other European languages.
- Ability to travel as needed.
