PolyAI

Next generation conversational AI for unbeatable customer service automation.

Revenue Operations109 days ago
Full TimeRemoteTeam 51-200Since 2017H1B No Sponsor

PolyAI automates customer service through lifelike voice assistants that let customers lead a conversation. Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service that rivals their human agents. Our customers, which include the world’s leading logos, are expanding how they use our platform, driving automation of critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into their daily customer service workflows. PolyAI is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Systems to own the GTM technology stack that powers our revenue organization. This is a foundational role for how we scale. You'll bring architectural clarity to our systems, tell us honestly what's broken or redundant, and drive the rebuild and optimization needed to support a high-growth enterprise sales motion. Salesforce is the center of our GTM systems. Around it sits a suite of tools (Outreach, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, and others) that need to work together cleanly and earn their place. You'll have real agency in shaping what that looks like, working closely with RevOps and GTM leadership to recommend, decide, and execute. This isn't a role for someone who maintains what exists. It's for someone who questions whether what exists is right, has a clear point of view on what "good" looks like, and drives the team to get there. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations. What You'll Do: Systems Ownership & Architecture - Own Salesforce end-to-end: data model, workflows, automations, integrations, and governance - Conduct a rigorous audit of the current Salesforce instance and lead a meaningful rebuild where required - Continuously evaluate and optimize the broader GTM stack across marketing, sales, post-sales, and channel motions, eliminate redundancy and establish a coherent architecture that scales with the business GTM Systems Operations - Translate GTM workflows into durable system logic: lead routing, opportunity management, prospecting enrichment, post-sales handoffs, and renewal triggers - Govern CRM data quality: deduplication, account hierarchies, field hygiene, and attribution integrity - Document architecture decisions and integration logic so the organization's systems knowledge is shared and durable Agentic Workflow & AI Thinking - Proactively identify opportunities to introduce agentic automation across the GTM systems stack - where AI can replace manual steps, surface better signals, or accelerate workflows - Partner with our AI Operations lead to evaluate and adopt new capabilities, ensuring what gets built is grounded in clean systems and reliable data Who You Are: - 5-8 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or CRM Architecture within growth-stage B2B SaaS - Deep Salesforce expertise: you've built or rebuilt an instance before, not just administered one - Working knowledge of Outreach and HubSpot, and how the broader GTM stack integrates around Salesforce - A systems thinker who designs for scale, stability, and future automation, not just the immediate ask - Comfortable as auditor, architect, and executor: you assess what's wrong, design the fix, and build it - Genuinely curious about AI and its application to GTM workflows. You think in terms of what can be automated, not just what can be configured What Will Make You Stand Out: - You've led a Salesforce audit and rebuild at a company going through a step-change in GTM complexity - Experience with AI-powered GTM tooling: agentic automation, enrichment orchestration, or AI-assisted prospecting (Clay, Gong, Common Room, or similar) We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $125,000 – $145,000 base salary plus a 15% annual bonus - depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role. In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term success. Benefits 💰 Participation in the company’s employee share options plan 🏥 100% of Single Cost (employee) and 70% of Dependent for medical, dental & vision 👪 Life Insurance ◻️ STD and LTD 💰 The opportunity to contribute to the company's 401k plan 🏝 Flexible PTO policy + 11 designated company holidays 📚 Annual learning and development allowance 🏡 We’re all about making WFH work for you - that’s why you’ll receive a one-off WFH allowance when you join. Offering perks like noise-cancelling headphones or a comfortable desk chair to boost your comfort and focus! 🧡 Enhanced parental leave 👨‍👩‍👧 Company-funded fertility and family-forming programmes 🌸 Menopause care programme with Maven At PolyAI, we take great pride in our values - they guide everything we do. We believe that a strong culture leads to meaningful work and lasting impact. Our core values are: Only the best We expect the best from our people, we hire people that expect the best from themselves, and we nurture this drive for excellence. Ownership We care deeply about what we do. We take ownership of our initiatives, decisions and outcomes. Relentlessly improve We demand more from ourselves and are always evolving. Continuous, obsessive improvement is the only way we will transform the world of conversational AI. Bias for action Our world moves quickly and so do we. We take calculated risks and we deliver impact fast. Disagree and commit We are all working toward the same goal. If we donʼt agree with something, we work hard to understand it and when a decision is made, we accept it and give it our all. Build for people We want the world to enjoy the experiences they have with us. We are building for a future that prefers automation. PolyAI is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Qualifications - 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role, with at least 3+ years in leadership. - Proven track record of implementing AI/automation solutions to drive productivity and growth. - Exceptional analytical skills; obsessed with metrics, KPIs, and data integrity. - Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to influence across departments. - Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.) and AI platforms. - Experience in construction technology, SaaS, or related B2B industries is a plus. - Preferably based in Austin, TX (remote considered).
