Job Description Summary Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible for sales force and sales back office effectiveness metrics, including but not limited to productivity, coverage, resource allocation, pipeline creation, pipeline dispositions (including win/loss analysis); - Development of tools and processes needed to automate and deploy the sales effectiveness KPIs through regions / solution groups; - Support the regions and solution groups on understanding and applying the commercial excellence KPIs and metrics; - Insights generation based on commercial performance data; - A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills; - Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members; - Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, and/or related areas; Prior experience in Commercial Excellence roles; - Deep knowedge of SalesForce; - Proven knowledge of data analytics tools, as Tableau / Python; - English Fluency. • Leverage data from various sources to identify, create and validate impactful alerts and signals for our financial advisors/clients • Collaborate with business users as well as technology partners to build the most impactful and feasible solutions possible • Partner with various Data & Analytics functions, such as Advanced Analytics, Data Strategy, and Digital Analytics to ensure consistent frameworks and receives feedback on products • Develop an understanding of how data and machine learning can impact financial advisors’ practices • Build and collaborate on working prototypes of machine learning/AI solutions • Conduct ad-hoc analyses as appropriate to support priority business projects; respond in a timely manner to ad hoc questions from executives
• Providing credit analysis for the commercial lending activities of the Bank and providing assistance in the administration of commercial loan accounts. • Spreading financial statements and routes to proper lending officers, as necessary. • Corresponding with commercial lenders regarding underwriting/structure of loan requests. • Providing training to other credit analysts. • Performing any other related duties as required or assigned.
