• Develop a client base and cultivate relationships with clients • Create and execute marketing strategies • Research and recommend vacation destinations • Plan and arrange customized travel experiences for clients • Prepare quotes and present to clients • Attend daily training and webinars • Complete certification training curriculums and attain specialization certifications • Create customized itineraries • Follow-up with clients and prepare them for their travel event • Participate at networking events to expand client base • Remain up-to-date on industry trends • Maintain business revenue and expense tracking and reporting

Our Higher Ed practice is looking for a motivated and experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead Consultant 3-5 years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience (all FIN modules preferred). The ideal candidate has completed 3+ full ERP Financial implementations as a Lead Consultant, preferably within the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University). Higher Ed experience is strongly desired and may be required. Sierra-Cedar helps Higher Education institutions – more than 350 of them – with the implementation of Oracle software. Our business-savvy Consultants are responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and maximizing the benefit of the Oracle software in which the client has invested. You may or may not lead an actual team on a project, but in either case, this functional role will always be hands-on, driving deliverables, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, developing reports and interfaces, configuring the modules, and more! As a Lead, you will hold meetings on camera on a daily basis, and travel to client sites as needed during project milestones.
