• The Director will lead multi-workstream health technology programs from initiation through stabilization, including EHR implementations, post-live optimization efforts, clinical and operational transformations, and technology strategy engagements. • This individual will be responsible for program governance, workstream integration, risk identification and escalation, resource coordination, and overall delivery quality. • The Director is expected to structure work clearly, maintain delivery discipline across a large team, and resolve issues in a manner that keeps engagements on track and clients confident in Guidehouse’s work. • A core expectation of this role is the ability to translate technology program outcomes into the language of health system leadership. • The Director will communicate those connections clearly and consistently to CFOs, COOs, CMIOs, and other executive sponsors, developing findings and recommendations that inform strategic decisions rather than simply reporting on project status. • The Director will be responsible for ensuring that change management, training, and end-user adoption are designed and executed as core delivery components, not supplementary workstreams. • This includes building adoption strategies that reflect how clinical and operational staff work in practice, designing training programs that develop durable capability within the client organization, and establishing mechanisms to measure whether change has been absorbed and embedded. • The Director will bring structured methodology to this work and will hold the engagement team accountable for adoption outcomes alongside technical milestones. • This role requires the ability to build and manage effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
