• Oversee daily business operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with company standards • Lead process improvement initiatives across departments, applying methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean • Analyze workflows and identify strategies to reduce costs, increase quality, and enhance productivity • Partner with senior leaders to support strategic planning and cross-functional alignment • Develop and track operational KPIs, creating reports and dashboards for leadership visibility • Build and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks • Manage and mentor operations staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement best practices and support change management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or process optimization
  • Proven success leading Lean/Six Sigma or similar projects with measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with tools for process mapping, KPI tracking, and operational analytics (e.g., Excel, Asana, Notion, or BI dashboards)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

You will liaise closely with all departments in a fast-paced environment where growth and change are the norm. A Client& Payment Experience Associate is a problem-solver, who is excited to be a part of a spirited team and is a knowledge expert to solve complex Payins and Payouts inquiries. You're highly skilled at uncovering clients and customers' needs, then following through with enlightening solutions.
