This role is responsible for ensuring the effective and compliant adjudication of complex regulatory and consumer financial cases related to Title IV federal student aid programs. The Federal Student Aid Case Management Program Manager directs day-to-day program execution and ensures contractor performance aligns with contractual requirements, federal regulations, and established quality standards. This position oversees case management operations, reporting, quality assurance processes, workforce performance, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented case resolution outcomes. Role Description The Seasonal Manager, Program Implementation serves as Jumpstart's program execution lead responsible for ensuring the successful high-quality delivery of late spring and summer programming across assigned California communities (NorCal and SoCal). Reporting to the Managing Director, Program Management, this role is designed as surge implementation capacity, focused on stabilizing partner execution, supporting program quality, and enabling the successful launch of late spring/summer program innovation initiatives. Managers will work in close partnership with the Regional Director to ensure strong partner experience, operational readiness, and fidelity to program design during this critical delivery window.
