Our vision is that everyone can access and choose the healthcare they need.    About the Role:  In the position of Sr Software Engineer I on the Platform team at Softheon, you'll lead significant aspects of our software development efforts, using your expertise to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions that advance our healthcare technology offerings.  As the owner of the Catalog product, you will drive its roadmap, ensure its reliability and scalability, and integrate it with the broader platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and contribute to the technical direction of the platform.

• You’ll play a key role in building the systems that power our trading experiences. • You’ll design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and services that bridge the gap between blockchain infrastructure and the seamless, intuitive experiences our users expect. • You will be owning features on our web platforms – currently the Phantom Extension and our website. • You will be leading initiatives to add support for other blockchains to Phantom, and to launch new complementary products or infrastructure. • You will be interfacing directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom – supporting them and collecting feedback to inform the direction of the product. • You will be working with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.

• Lead development and management of security technology • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality software

• Build and maintain web applications using Next.js, HTML Tailwind, and Node.js. • Write clean and efficient code. • Combine user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. • Ensure the entire application is robust and easy to manage. • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. • Stay updated with new updates in our tech stack and related technologies.
