The app takes care of all invoicing between client and provider with a detailed invoice. We track providers' locations for the client's en route to any job. We created a portal platform to guide you in listing your professions. The platform provides you with schedules, invoicing and credit card processing as part of the enhanced technology. Clients will have a choice to give the providers reviews and star ratings to ensure our elite services when booking on our app. Our mission is to help all providers strive to achieve their financial and independent goals. Hotel Front Desk Agent

Role Description We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The Hotel Front Desk Agent's responsibilities include: - Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. - Manage online and phone reservations. - Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. - Register guests and collect necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay). - Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. - Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities. - Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs. - Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests. - Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate. - Maintain updated records of bookings and payments. Qualifications - Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role. - Experience with hotel reservations software, like Cloud beds and RoomKeyPMS. - Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor. - Customer service attitude. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - A degree in hotel management is a plus. Requirements - Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals.
