• Assist Patient's in the new/reorder process • Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner • Identifying patients needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions • Evaluate patient's demographics and information as needed to complete requested orders • Process orders using Byram customized system (ERP) • Maintain patient's records by updating account information • Recommend additional products that may be necessary or available to the customer

• Data collection and digitization of invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements. • Maintaining a precise and orderly storage system to ensure complete and accurate data entry. • Keeping paper copies of invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documentation. • Creating data entry standards by constantly updating filing systems in order to increase data quality. • Working with administrative employees to discover missing data to address data inconsistencies. • Responding to data queries and informing management of any substantial data mistakes. • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency while adhering to optimal data management practices.
