Job Overview: The Supervisor manages the daily operations and performance of the Traveling and IPV Medical Assistant team in a remote and onsite environment. This role is responsible for developing and ensuring consistent workflows, accurate documentation, and timely completion of tasks while fostering engagement and accountability across the team. The Supervisor partners closely with Operations leadership, clinical providers, and facility staff to support patient care delivery and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support employees ensuring high performance through regular feedback, 1:1s and coaching, while providing day-to-day operational oversight. - Conduct virtual team huddles, recurring team meetings and 1:1s to maintain communication, engagement and alignment with organizational goals. - Serves as an escalation point for issues with providers, facilities, or workflows, collaborating with other leaders within Operations, Account Management, and/or Implementation as needed. - Ensure scheduling, chart prep and reporting expectations are met consistently across the team. - Monitor daily workload distribution, identifying and addressing gaps and risks proactively. - Collaborates with IPV team to ensure that IPVs can be completed in a timely/efficient manner. - Supports coverage as needed when a Medical Assistant calls out or encounters any issues remotely or onsite. - Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce rework. - Facilitate and evaluates staffing ratios, training, onboarding, and ongoing development of new and current Medical Assistants. - Provide support/coverage for other Operations Supervisors - Approval of timecards, PTO, and Expenses - Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred but not always required). - Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a supervisory role - Experience managing teams and improving operational processes. - Problem-solving skills Preferred: - Experience in the health care field - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel basics The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $65K-70K.This remote position follows a location-based compensation structure. The posted salary range represents the potential pay range across various U.S. geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.

What It Is The Scribe assists providers with documentation of care for patients and additional clerical tasks. Scribes accompany a designated provider throughout their shift, utilizing the Electronic Medical Record to document the interaction between the provider and patient.
