Administrative Assistant
MRI Software
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations with a primary focus on mail handling, document management, and administrative coordination. This role ensures timely processing, distribution, and organization of client documents to support accounting and operational teams. This is a remote role but candidates MUST be based in Little Rock, Arkansas. You Will: - Retrieve and review incoming physical mail on a weekly basis - Sort, organize, and compile mail for distribution to assigned accountants - Prepare and send outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Log and track receipt of client documents - Scan and upload client documents to the internal server in accordance with company procedures - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems - Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information - Communicate with internal staff regarding document receipt and status updates - Perform general administrative support tasks as needed - Complete other duties as assigned You Have: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Prior administrative or office support experience preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling - Basic computer skills, including file management and document uploading - Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently - Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions We’re obsessed with making this the best job you’ve ever had!
