Job Requirements
- Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Network Architect or in a similar senior network role
- Expertise in network infrastructure design and architecture
- Proven experience in implementing Zero Trust Architecture
- Strong skills in SD-WAN configuration and management
- Experience with load balancer integration and configuration
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS)
- Proficiency in network security principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

NETWORK ENGINEER This is a fully remote position; however, occasional travel may be required. PURPOSE This position’s primary responsibility is to provide operational support for our clients’ network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless access points and controllers, and firewalls. MINIMUM SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE - Ability to communicate complex technical problems clearly to customers, with appropriate understanding of business impact and empathy for the client’s situation. - A strong sense of urgency (required). - Minimum 3 years Network Engineering experience (preferably at an MSP). - Knowledge of VoIP technologies preferred. - Experience with network technologies from Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Ubiquiti. - Experience with cloud networking concepts in Azure and AWS. - Extensive knowledge of network protocols, services, and monitoring tools. - Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP, or Fortinet FCP certification or equivalent working experience is required. - Ability to learn about new technologies rapidly and continually. Compensation range starting at: $86,000/year The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. The Network Observability Senior Advisor helps design and support tools that monitor network performance and identify problems. This role works with leaders and technical teams to make sure networks run smoothly and issues are found quickly. The Senior Advisor is a trusted expert who leads complex projects, supports other engineers, and helps fix the most difficult problems. This role works across many systems and technologies and is known as a key problem‑solver for network and infrastructure issues.
