Senior Client Service Manager

WEX

• Ensure exceptional support and service delivery to a portfolio of key clients • Oversee all support and service activities across key accounts • Take extreme ownership of the client experience to reduce attrition and support renewals • Serve as the single point of accountability for clients, building trusted partnerships • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams • Document all tasks according to internal guidelines • Review monthly invoices for accuracy, including client standard fee schedule • Lead the annual enrollment process and testing workflows for clients • Identify training opportunities and suggest process improvements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in the healthcare industry, including Benefits Administration
  • Bachelor's degree or related field
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong subject-specific skills, decision-making, critical-thinking
  • Strong organizational skills, effective team collaboration and developing persuasive communication, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand client business needs and translate them into strategic service plans
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on root cause resolution and process improvement
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to drive results and maintain seamless client delivery

How you'll make an impact Assists Account Manager, Account Executives, Producers, Brokers in servicing designated group of clients or book of business as it relates to marketing, claims, administration, and sales.
