• Directly supervise 2–5 Patient Engagement Coordinators, owning their performance, development, and onboarding from day one • Conduct regular audits of call recordings, messaging logs, scheduling accuracy, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality • Hold coordinators accountable to individual and team KPIs through direct, timely feedback and coaching • Model and reinforce the communication standards, professionalism, and continuous improvement culture expected at every client touchpoint • Own the quality of the team's client-facing communications across all channels including phone, email, text, and partner messaging • Develop and continuously refine call guides, outreach scripts, and messaging templates to improve conversion rates, client experience, and efficiency • Identify patterns in performance data and client outcomes to surface process improvements and implement changes with urgency • Monitor and manage team utilization on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring workload is distributed appropriately and productivity targets are being met • Own scheduling strategy for the team, building coverage plans that ensure SLAs are consistently met and inbound answer rates remain strong across all channels throughout operating hours • Anticipate and plan for volume fluctuations including peak periods, time-off requests, and ramp time for new hires so the team is never under-resourced when it matters most • Track and report on key metrics including outreach volumes, contact rates, consent rates, scheduling rates, no-show rates, and answer rates • Proactively flag capacity constraints or performance risks to the VP of Operations with recommended solutions

• Lead the charge in securing additional corporate and individual sponsorships for the Mint Pitch Competition • Potentially secure sponsorships for the Mint Conference • Represent Mint at events and meetings

• Ensure that audits are delivered in line with the methodology - announcement, execution, report elaboration and validation with IT / Internal Audit Leadership • Manage IT Audits with broad focus on Information Security domain / capabilities e.g. Cyber Threat, Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, Cloud Security / Resilience, 3rd party security, integrated audits related to web applications, databases and commerce platforms, as well as audits of data & information privacy, etc. • Manage IT auditors to ensure the team effectively execute planned activities • Ensure that IT processes and controls part of the scope of each audit comply with policies, standards and regulatory requirements • Acts as a trusted advisor to the IT / Cybersecurity organization and management • Work with a Data Analytics team to ensure the maintenance of existing audit tools and creation of new tools / reports requested by the Audit Team.

• Review, update and/or establish process and procedures for overall site contract management in the organization at the regional level. • Line manages a team of contract and budget associates. • Allocate resources for new business in the organization, forecasting and planning current and expected work. • Participate in discussions on resources needs and plan for the future on site contract’s structure. • Report and manage contract metrics including productivity of the site contract’s function. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards. • Escalate and resolve complex issues with legal, finance or supervisor. • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements. • Oversee execution of agreements at the portfolio level according to each study contract plan • Oversee the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving. • Recognize where processes can be improved and take corrective action. • Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to affect the timely execution of contracts. • Represent the organization as Subject Matter Expert in internal and external meetings including client meetings. • Other tasks, as assigned.
