• Define a vision and strategy informed by company objectives, a deep understanding of customer needs, and industry best practices • Partner with and influence technical and product leaders across Smartsheet to align strategy and platform investments • Regularly present strategy, product concepts and roadmap to educate, influence and align with senior leadership • Partner closely with research, design and engineering to create compelling, high-quality customer experiences • Use internal and external data to guide experimentation, decisions, opportunities and evaluation of success • Partner with research, product design, data science and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analysis to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities that our customers love • Communicate strategy, product health, capabilities, experimentation status, and insights to a wide audience • Write succinct and compelling product strategy, execution and requirements documents • Successful candidates will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels and form strong cross-team partnerships that ensure combined success for the product area • Support other duties as needed

• You will own the SaaS application and the API. • Create and execute the long- and short-term vision for Traci's products you’ll own. • Work with developers and cross-functional product team to maximize the impact of the application on the company’s business goals. • Work with our customers, users, internal parties to truly understand, map, and prioritize customer and user needs. • design and produce the best solutions for their problems and needs. • Actively managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity, turning needs and ideas into operational systems and tools, and constantly prioritizing and communicating to the relevant stakeholders. • Maintain market and competitor insights across the industry. • Equip, train, and educate sales teams with the latest data product capabilities.

• Run day to day product rituals including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates. • Translate user insights, operational data, and business needs into clear requirements and prioritized user stories. • Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to move work from concept to launch. • Identify friction points in existing workflows and propose data-informed improvements. • Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to stakeholders. • Operate with a high degree of autonomy. • Perform other duties as assigned.
