This is a remote position. ERP Implementer IDSCCC – Integrated Digital Services Center for Consulting About the Role At IDSCCC, we are not just implementing systems — we are building the future of business operations through ERP, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a highly skilled ERP Implementer who is not only capable of deploying ERP systems but also able to design smart workflows, build automations, and think with an AI-first mindset. This is not a traditional role — we are looking for someone who can engineer solutions, not just execute tasks. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions (Key Smart ERP and others) - Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Inventory, etc.) - Lead full ERP implementation lifecycle: - Data migration - Testing - User training - Go-live & support - Design and build automation workflows using tools like n8n / Make / Zapier - Integrate ERP with other systems (APIs, external platforms, AI tools) - Apply AI concepts to enhance workflows, reporting, and decision-making - Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes for maximum optimization - Create documentation, SOPs, and user guides - Support continuous improvement and scaling of systems Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - Proven experience in ERP implementation (Odoo, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Key Smart ERP, etc.) - Strong understanding of business processes: - Finance - HR - Supply Chain - Operations - Experience with automation tools (n8n preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage tasks, priorities, and deliver on time - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred (Highly Valued) Skills - Knowledge of SQL & databases - Experience with API integrations - Understanding of AI architecture / AI tools / automation with AI - Experience in workflow engineering & system design - Project Management knowledge (PMP is a plus) - Experience with cloud ERP systems What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: - Thinks like an engineer, not just a user - Can build, automate, and optimize - Has a mindset of continuous improvement - Is fast, adaptive, and solution-oriented - Adds real value — not just execution Benefits Why Join IDSCCC? - Work on real transformation projects (ERP + AI + Automation) - Be part of a high-performance, future-driven team - Build systems that impact real businesses - Grow into advanced roles in AI-driven business engineering
