Media Investment Associate Buyer

• Research, vet, and execute media plans for multiple clients, ensuring that they run efficiently and accurately. • Oversee daily campaign delivery across channels, ensuring strategies are appropriately implemented. • Interface with network partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. • Stay abreast of TV, audio, and display trends through educational meetings with publishers. • Evaluate partner materials and negotiate media plans and costs. • Develop and coordinate project-based work tailored to the Media Investment team’s needs.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a media agency or publisher environment, with a focus on media buying in linear TV, OTT, digital audio, and/or display advertising.
  • Proven track record of leveraging partner relationships and industry knowledge to negotiate and execute high-value media opportunities.
  • Direct hands-on-keys experience in industry platforms (DSPs, research tools) a plus.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning, asking questions, and thriving in a collaborative setting.
  • Strategic marketing and communication skills to internally promote new media opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong business writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management capabilities, managing multiple tasks against tight deadlines.

What you will do As a Title Clearance Coordinator, you are responsible for reviewing the Title Commitment and working on various title exceptions and requirements for clearance.
