What you will bring: - Experience in on-call shifts and incident management and work after hours/weekends for application releases/deployments - Have experience in designing and implementing high availability cloud (AWS, OCI) and Cloud components like VPC, NLB, Security groups etc. - Kubernetes & Containerization: Manage production deployments and autoscaling/ backup of Kubernetes-based and Dockerized workloads for distributed, large-scale systems. Proactively monitor these systems for reliability and performance. Experience in building manifests and configuring production packages and deployments using Helm, Jfrog etc. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code to ensure automation and repeatability. - Have experience in using and administering various observability tools for monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure production cluster health and performance. - Automation Development: Create and maintain automation using available frameworks reducing manual toil and improving operational efficiency. - Scripting & Coding: Write and maintain scripts and code primarily in Python, Bash, supporting automation, deployment, and monitoring tasks. - Awareness about production security management, IAM, Secrets/ TLS/ SSL, DDoS handling.
