• Develop networking designs, studies, and plans. • Provide superior customer service by being courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. • Provide senior program managers with recommendations on route/switch and networking approaches and strategies for new and continued business. • Diagnose simple network performance problems and interact with application support teams to diagnose network or application performance issues. • Design, implement, and support WLANs by performing and documenting wireless surveys. • Support new Cisco high-capacity WLAN controllers and install/configure routers, switches and AP’s over multiple locations in both CONUS and OCONUS sites. • Will perform post-implementation validation surveys in order to optimize network performance. • Develop, implement, and manage networking processes including design standards to ensure compliance, relevancy, and sustainability. • Perform capacity planning of the networking services by auditing and analyzing performance and availability of routers and switches. • Proactively research and evaluate tools and technologies, as appropriate, to the networking environment, while developing solutions to increase performance and lower the total cost of ownership.

• Provide professional equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, analysis, site acceptance and customer support services for a complete range of Schneider products. • Commission equipment at customer’s facility as required. • Provide customer remote support for troubleshooting, analysis, and solving complex inquiries from customers. • Deepen the understanding of products, customers, goals, organization, and business strategies, evaluating systems and processes, and identifying improvement needs. • Design, develop and implement equipment control systems and subsystems for multiple simultaneous projects following established design standards and practices. • Incorporate standard control designs and ancillary subsystems to efficiently design and manufacture in a manner that meets project requirements and facilitates safe, productive startup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment using established design standards. • Meet Schneider’s quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices. • Provide direction to electrical, assembly, and service as required for execution of designs.

• Analyzing & understanding business/customer requirements for industrial IoT solutions. • Researching and shortlisting different IoT sensors for a target IoT solution and constraints. • Studying data sheets of different IoT sensors from different vendors, and comparing them based on technology, certification, logistics, support and cost. • Interfacing different industrial IoT sensors with Datakrew’s IoT Platform (MADS). • Embedded C/Arduino/Micropython software/firmware development. • Sensor integration and firmware testing, debugging, documentation and troubleshooting. • Electronic product design and certification of the end-product. • Work independently or in a group and take up project responsibilities. • Effectively communicate issues and request resolution from the Head of Solutions.

• Design and build automated workflows within the Power Platform environment • Configure and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and the Copilot Agent Builder • Implement data integration to capture and process information from SharePoint • Establish seamless connectivity between Power Platform workflows and Copilot Studio agents • Ensure robust data retrieval and processing logic within the integrated Copilot environment.
