Job Requirements

Collaborating closely with Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Product teams to build and maintain resilient systems. The team focuses on automation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), observability, and cloud-native operations to support Zoom’s UCaaS and CCaaS Services. This team is responsible for deploying and managing services across multi-cloud environments. The team handles multiple services like Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent and WorkForce Management. About the Team Zoom DevOps Engineers are the driving force behind the seamless functionality and continuous availability that defines the Zoom's unparalleled user experience. You will be responsible for building/deploying the Zoom UCaaS and CCaaS services, cloud infrastructure for these services, developing new automation to reduce manual effort, and being the on-call owner for assigned services Tech stack for this role includes Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, OCI, Git, CICD, Terraform, Redis, Python, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus.
