• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to architect and design scalable AI systems. • Research, evaluate, and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure we are utilizing the most innovative and recent technologies in the market. • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions using a stack that features Python, LLM libraries, AI third-party services, and AWS services. • Define and implement best practices for AI system architecture, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability. • Adapt quickly and efficiently to the rapidly evolving technological landscape, ensuring our AI solutions remain cutting-edge. • Develop a holistic vision for the application of AI, fostering and enhancing its use across the entire IT team. • Create and promote best practices, training programs, and frameworks to facilitate rapid adoption of AI technologies by all teams.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- + 7 years of experience with Python programming language, LLM frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex), and interactive data apps (Streamlit, Gradio).
- Extensive experience with Docker and container orchestration.
- Proven expertise in applying scalability patterns (caching, parallelism, routing, asynchrony, decoupling, etc).
- Deep familiarity with Architecture for LLM Applications and Prompt Engineering techniques/patterns.
- Experience with DevOps best practices, including version control (Git), infrastructure as code (IaC), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Extensive experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Desirable experience with evaluation and observability of generative AI applications.
- Fluent English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position.
