• Lead and manage daily KYC operations, including identity verification, CDD/EDD, and fraud monitoring • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements while aligning with global company policies • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams to manage process improvements and regulatory alignment • Serve as the point of contact for operational escalations related to KYC and AML matters • Analyze KYC trends and fraud risks, and recommend preventive measures • Support audits and regulatory inquiries as required • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior KYC analysts and foster a culture of compliance and integrity

• Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class KYC service that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and achieve best KYC conversion rate • Create and review Product Requirements Document (PRD) for easy tracking within the project group • Ensure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlines • Communicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Risk to ensure the KYC flow offer the greatest value are prioritized • Track and analyze key user metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvements • Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation to optimize conversion rate in the designated markets • Support the Regional/Global Heads and work with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of product • Articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders

• Lead team responsible for compliance with export controls and sanctions compliance across EMEA, including EU level, national, and applicable U.S. re-export requirements. • Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-risk regulatory matters. • Define and drive EMEA regulatory strategy aligned with business priorities and global trade governance. • Advise senior business leaders on compliant, commercially viable solutions. • Represent Intel before EMEA regulatory authorities and engage with relevant trade associations. • Maintain effectiveness of Intel's EMEA export controls and sanctions compliance program. • Lead export and sanctions compliance activities for EMEA related M&A. • Develop and sustain a high performing regional compliance team. • Serve as a role model for Intel's culture and values within the organization, fostering an inclusive and productive environment. • Inspire and develop team capabilities, ensuring alignment with Intel's strategic vision.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Sr. Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in Harbor Health's financial strategy as we transform healthcare delivery both in Austin, and Texas. This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing models, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with healthcare industry knowledge to help Harbor Health optimize its payvider model that connects comprehensive care with a modern payment approach.
