Project Manager, PRP Program

• Manage a portfolio of FDEP PRP sites through all phases of assessment, remediation, and site closure. • Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. • Coordinate internal technical staff, subcontractors, laboratories, and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant project execution. • Proactively monitor project progress and deadlines to prevent delays and ensure deliverables are submitted on time. • Manage project budgets and cost controls in accordance with PRP funding constraints and contract requirements. • Coordinate accurate invoicing submittals with administrative staff. • Participate in PRP teleconferences, meetings, and site visits as required. • Promote adherence to company quality assurance and health and safety programs. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the PRP team.
Job Requirements
- BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Engineering or another related field.
- Prefer candidates with Professional Geologist license obtained or on track to obtain.
- 5-10 years of experience with the State of Florida Petroleum Restoration Program, Florida Regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within contract requirements.
- The ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license, safe driving history, and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
