As an Office Manager you will perform general and professional administrative support for our NY customer-facing office and serve as a focal support function to the team. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office and facilities operations, including administrative support, supplies, vendors, and general maintenance. Manage calendars and scheduling for C-level executives. Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.). Support planning and execution of sales and marketing events. Handle purchasing: open requisitions, communicate with suppliers, issue and send purchase orders, and follow up. Collect supplier invoices, verify accuracy and approvals, and coordinate with the HQ finance team to ensure timely payments. Maintain confidentiality around projects, correspondence, and sensitive company information. Perform other administrative duties as needed. Compensation & Work Arrangement: Hourly rate: $20–$30 per hour Availability to work 2 days per week from the office, 20 hours per week Ability to handle multiple support related tasks Customer Service orientation Willingness to learn and take up new support activities Prior experience in Administration, preferably in multi-national and multi-tasked activities - an advantage Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and web tools Second language - a plus
